What’s your payment policy?
We accept all major local and international credit and debit cards, USSD, bank accounts, and mobile money through Paystack, a secure and modern payments channel. Also, we accept Paypal. Need help? Choose the payment option during checkout. After you submit your order click the "Pay Now" button. Scroll down and see the option to pay with a credit or debit card without having to sign up for an account.
You’ve sold out of the bag I want! How do I get my hands on it?
We’re so sorry! We're probably hand making a new set of bags this very moment and will restock soon. Please stay tuned by signing up for our newsletter and follow us on Instagram for updates on when we update our inventory.
Can I shop by phone?
Yes but only domestically. If you prefer to place your order by phone, call us at +1 234-909-482-1848 (Monday through Friday, from 9am to 7pm GMT, Saturday, from 10am to 4pm GMT).
After selecting the items, sizes and colors, we will ask you for your email, delivery address to be able to send you an invoice and immediately after payment is done, your package will be delivered to you. You will receive an email with the details of the purchase and a tracking code. We ensure the absolute safety of your personal details at all times during this process.
Do you offer gift-wrapping?
All our bags come in hand stitched cotton pouches. If you're giving a bag as a gift, you can leave a note for the recipient in the "Order Notes" box when you check out. We will handwrite the message on a beautiful printed Marté Egele note card.
Do you sell wholesale and who do I contact about becoming a stockist of Marté Egele product?
Of course, we do! Please e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you think Marté Egele might be a good fit for your beautiful store. Leave us the name of your store and the country in which your store is based in with Stockist Proposal in the subject line.

How do I clean and care for my bag?
All our bags are made of genuine leather and handwoven and if dirty please use a clean damp cloth and wipe dirt away. We recommend air-drying in the shade after wiping. Don't leave your handbag in direct sunlight, it can cause the colour to fade and damage the leather. Always stuff your bags when not in use to keep the shape of it in tact.
Will my bag look exactly like the one I saw online?
Because of the nature of our natural dyes and weaving process, colours and pattern variations are to be expected and celebrated. This is why we love our product: no two bags are exactly alike, and each bag has been lovingly and carefully made from start to finish by an entire community of specialised artisans.
