Find your place in the work.

Marté Egele is a design studio built on art, craft, curiosity, and a quiet sense of style. We make leather goods, accessories, and objects designed to move through life, pieces that travel, age beautifully, and carry meaning beyond function.

We are not a fashion house. We are a studio interested in the fuller picture: how things are made, how they feel in the hand, and how they live with their owner across time and place.

We work slowly. We work with intention. And we are looking for people who want to be part of a brand with a point of view, one shaped by Lagos, by travel, by beauty in the everyday, and by a deep respect for craft.

Who We're Looking For

You don't need to arrive knowing everything. But you should arrive with:

· A genuine interest in craft and making. You're drawn to how things come together; the material, the method, the meaning.
· An eye for beauty and style. Not necessarily trends. More an instinct for what feels right, what feels timeless, and what feels like Marté Egele.
· A sense of the world. You're curious about travel, culture, art, design; the things that shape a life well-lived, not just a product well-sold.
· Enthusiasm that lasts. We're building a home for people who want to stay and grow, not a hallway to the next opportunity.
· A personality that adds to the room. Warmth. Curiosity. The confidence to offer ideas and the humility to refine them.

What We Offer

· A studio, not a factory. A space that values quiet focus, high standards, and the kind of work that rewards patience.
· Real responsibility, early. As the brand grows, we want people who can grow into leadership, who can own their corner of the work and shape what comes next.
· Room to define your role. Many of the roles we'll need in the future don't have titles yet. If you're here early, you'll help name them.
· A brand with a worldview. Marté Egele is rooted in Lagos but designed to travel. Our work speaks to beauty, craft, and a life well-made. If that resonates, you'll find your place here.

How to Apply

There are no open roles right now. Just a studio that's growing, and an openness to meeting people who feel like they belong.

Write to us at [careers@marteegele.com].
Tell us:

1. Who you are.
2. What draws you to the world of Marté Egele.
3. Where you think you could contribute (whether or not it has a job title yet).

Include a portfolio, CV, or examples of work you're proud of. If you don't have one, tell us what you're teaching yourself and why.

This could be a place you stay. Not just somewhere you pass through.
