Where We Ship

We ship our handcrafted leather bags, accessories, and home goods from our Lagos studio to addresses worldwide using DHL eCommerce Parcel Direct and Parcel Standard.

 

Domestic Orders (Nigeria)

For our customers in Nigeria, shipping is free. Your order travels via GIG Logistics or DHL and typically reaches you within 2 to 5 business days, depending on where you are in the country. Every piece leaves our studio wrapped in the brand's signature packaging and tucked into its own dust bag.

International Orders

If you're ordering from outside Nigeria, shipping is calculated at checkout based on where you are and what you're ordering. Most of our pieces weigh between 0.5kg and 1kg before packaging, so rates stay as lean as possible. Delivery usually takes between 5 and 10 business days. And if your order totals more than $300 USD, and in Canada, from over $277 CAD, international shipping is on us.

You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your package ships. From the moment it leaves our studio until it is delivered, shipping liability lies with DHL.

Customs & Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes upon arrival, payable by you. These charges are determined by your country's customs authority and are not included in your order total or shipping fee. Please check with your local DHL office or customs agency if you have questions.

Handling Fee

A handling fee of 7 to 9% is included in the shipping total. This covers packaging materials, insurance, and processing; it's the quiet things that make sure your piece arrives safely.

Returns & Exchanges

We don't accept returns, but we do welcome exchanges. If you'd like to swap your piece for something else, just make sure it hasn't been used, all tags are still attached, and it's in the same condition it arrived. You have 14 days from delivery to reach out. The return shipping for an exchange will be yours to cover.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered, it becomes your responsibility. We can't replace pieces lost or stolen after delivery confirmation. If something goes missing in transit, contact us through the form on our contact page and we'll help you file a claim with DHL.
